Maui Condo Rates

Nightly 2 Person Rates:

November 2023: $145 – $165

December 1 – 14, 2023: $170

December 15 – April 14, 2024: $275 – $175 *

April 15, 2024 – December 1, 2024: $170 – 180

• All rates are subject to change without notice.
• Weekly and daily rates are based on two guests.  Extra guest fee is $25 per night, per guest (maximum 4 total guests). 
• AC is not included in base rates but can be activated at $10 nightly rate.
• Cleaning fees: $150 per reservation.  Cleaning is performed on guest departure.
• Taxes:  17.42% Mandatory Hawaii State Tax applies to all bookings.  Taxes are subject to changes made by the State of Hawaii or County of Maui.
• Reservations must be secured with a non-refundable deposit within 7-10 days of reservation.  Deposits are applied towards the total rental cost for your stay.  Deposits are:
  • $300 for reservations up to 27 days in length.
  • $600 for reservations of 28 or more days or reservations between December 24 and February 28. 
• Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival, except for reservations between December 1st and January 1st and stays of 28 or more days, in which case, payment is due by October 15th or 60 days prior to arrival.  Payments made are forfeited if cancellation notice is given within 45 days of arrival.
• Guests a strongly encouraged to purchased travel insurance at the time of booking to protect their investment.  One travel insurance provider is CSA Travel (at this link).  We do not benefit from this insurance purchase, it is solely for guest protection.
• Payments accepted in Checks, Money orders and Credit Cards, as detailed below:
  • Checks or Money orders in US funds only, made out to: Maui Kihei Condo Rentals LLC.  Contact owners for mailing address.
  • Bank fee of 5% applies to all amounts charged.  
• Credit Card information required in lieu of a security deposit.
• Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later.  Check-out time 11 am.  Unless agreed otherwise with owners. 

   

  Other Details:
• Condo will be cleaned prior to your arrival and will have basic start-up toiletries.
• Foodland, a 24 hour supermarket, is 1 mile North of Kihei Kai Nani.  Other stores in Kihei include Times Super Market and Safeway.  Costco, K-Mart and Walmart are located in Kahului.  Reference this article for money saving tips on grocery shopping in Maui.
• A coin operated laundry facility is located on the premises next to the pool.
• Kihei Kai Nani Complex rules: 
  • Check in required with Kihei Kai Nani office staff upon arrival to obtain a parking pass.
  • Parking lot speed 5 mph.
  • Quiet time 10 pm to 7 am daily.
  • Maximum of 4 guests per condo unit.
  • Motorcycles are permitted.
    
  • Pets are not permitted.
