Reservations must be secured with a non-refundable deposit within 7-10 days of reservation. Deposits are applied towards the total rental cost for your stay. Deposits are:

Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival, except for reservations between December 1st and January 1st in which case, payment is due by October 15th. Payments made are forfeited if cancellation notice is given within 45 days of arrival.

Guests a strongly encouraged to purchased travel insurance at the time of booking to protect their investment. One travel insurance provider is CSA Travel (at this link). We do not benefit from this insurance purchase, it is solely for guest protection.

Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later. Check-out time 11 am. Unless agreed otherwise with owners.

- Hawaii has very restrictive travel requirements during the COVID 19 Pandemic, namely requiring each guest to test within 72 hours prior to arrival and have a negative result. Only tests administered by approved sources qualify. Travelers failing this requirement will need to quarantine for 10 days. Click on this link for details. Owners are required to enforce these rules, so guests need to provide proof of negative test results.
