Nightly 2 Person Rates:

December 15 to April 14, 2022 – $260 *

April 15 – November 30, 2022 – $170

December 1 – 14, 2022 – $190

December 15 – April 14, 2023 – $250 – $270 *

* Higher rates apply during high demand/holiday periods

Maui Condo Rates

  • Weekly and daily rates are based on double occupancy, $25 extra per night per person (up to 4 total guests)
  • All rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Cleaning fees: $125 per reservation.  Cleaning is performed on guest departure.
  • Taxes:  17.42% Mandatory Hawaii State Tax applies to all bookings.
  • Reservations must be secured with a non-refundable deposit within 7-10 days of reservation.  Deposits are applied towards the total rental cost for your stay.  Deposits are:
    • $300 for reservations up to 27 days in length.
    • $600 for reservations of 28 or more days or reservations between December 24 and February 28. 
  • Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival, except for reservations between December 1st and January 1st and stays of 28 or more days, in which case, payment is due by October 15th or 60 days prior to arrival.  Payments made are forfeited if cancellation notice is given within 45 days of arrival.
  • Guests a strongly encouraged to purchased travel insurance at the time of booking to protect their investment.  One travel insurance provider is CSA Travel (at this link).  We do not benefit from this insurance purchase, it is solely for guest protection.
  • Payments accepted in Checks, Money orders and Credit Cards, as detailed below:
    • Checks or Money orders in US funds only, made out to: Maui Kihei Condo Rentals LLC.  Contact owners for mailing address.
    • Bank fee of 5% applies to all amounts charged.  
  • Credit Card information required in lieu of a security deposit.
  • Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later.  Check-out time 11 am.  Unless agreed otherwise with owners. 
    Other Details:
  • Current COVID Travel Requirements for domestic travelers (due to end on March 26, 2022):  All visitors to Hawaii, INCLUDING VACCINATED ONES, need to register their information at the Hawaii Safe Travels Website.  The latest Maui travel requirements are found at this Maui County site.  If you require a test to travel, please be aware that only tests from approved sources qualify.  Maui County enforces the COVID Travel requirements strictly and may require travelers who have not met them to quarantine at specific hotels (our condos do not qualify).
  • Condo will be cleaned prior to your arrival and will have basic start-up toiletries.
  • Foodland, a 24 hour supermarket, is 1 mile North of Kihei Kai Nani.  Other stores in Kihei include Times Super Market and SafewayCostco, K-Mart and Walmart are located in Kahului.  Reference this article for money saving tips on grocery shopping in Maui.
  • A coin operated laundry facility is located on the premises next to the pool.
  • Kihei Kai Nani Complex rules: 
    • Check in required with Kihei Kai Nani office staff upon arrival to obtain a parking pass.
    • Parking lot speed 5 mph.
    • Quiet time 10 pm to 7 am daily.
    • Maximum of 4 guests per condo unit.
    • Motorcycles are permitted, but must be parked in designated parking location.
    • Pets are not permitted.
