- Corner units have 2 extra windows, one in the dining area and another in the bedroom, allowing in more light and cross breeze.
- The condo kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances (including a dishwasher and microwave) to enable preparation of meals.
- The condo is air conditioned, has two new flat screen TVs, DVD, internet, cable, a King size bed and a queen sized sofa bed.
- The condo is stocked with games, books, videos, DVDs, beach chairs and some snorkeling equipment.
- Sheets and towels (bath and beach) and initial toilet supplies are provided.
