- Kihei Kai Nani Condo 252 is a second floor corner unit in Building 7 in the Kihei Kai Nani vacation resort.
- Across the street from Kamaole II Beach (approx 300 paces), ranked as one of the top 10 best beaches on Maui.
- Corner units have 2 extra windows, one in the dining area and another in the bedroom, allowing in more light and cross breeze.
- The condo kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances (including a dishwasher and microwave) to enable preparation of meals.
- The condo has a split system Air Conditioning system with two independently controlled registers (Living Room and Bedroom).
- The Living Room has a 50″ smart TV and the bedroom has a small flat screen. Both TV’s have cable channels.
- Hi Speed Internet is included.
- Sleeping Accomodations: King bed in Bedroom (new mattress in 2025) and a queen sized sofa bed.
- The condo has some games, books, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella and some snorkeling equipment (fins & masks).
- Sheets and towels (bath and beach) and initial toilet supplies are provided.
- Parking is Free and a coin operated laundromat is located in the admin building by the pool.
