• The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances (including a dishwasher and microwave) to enable preparation of meals. 
• The condo is air conditioned, has two new flat screen TVs, VCR, DVD, free internet, cable TV service
• Sleeping accommodations include a Queen size bed and a futon which opens up to a double size bed. 
• The condo is stocked with various games, books, videos, DVDs, beach chairs and some snorkeling equipment. 
• Sheets and towels (bath and beach) and initial toilet supplies are provided.
