- Kihei Kai Nani Condo 125 is a first floor garden unit in Building 5 of the Kihei Kai Nani vacation resort.
- Across the street from Kamaole II Beach (approx 250 paces), ranked as one of the top 10 best beaches on Maui.
- Parking is Free and a coin operated laundromat is steps away from the condo (by the pool).
- The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave.
- The condo has an Air conditioning system which has two registers (Living Roomm & Bedroom) which can be independently controlled.
- There is a 50″ Smart TV in the living room and a flat screen in the Bedroom each with cable service. High speed WiFi is included.
- Sleeping accommodations: Queen size bed (new Casper Cooling Foam mattress in 2025) and a full sized Sofa bed in the living room.
- The condo is stocked with some games, books, beach chairs, boogie boards and some snorkeling fins & masks.
- Sheets and towels (bath and beach) and initial toilet supplies are provided.
